The Win-Win in Disrupting a Traditional Meal Plan
While University Dining Services are moving toward Anytime Dining, this university risks the financial consequences of being more affordable and nimble. The University of Georgia maintained only a traditional 5 and 7 day Anytime Dining meal plan for many years. The community was surveyed to understand options preferred by non-residents. The financial and demand impact was measured with planning for offsetting the anticipated changes. The results were overwhelming success and customer satisfaction.
